Refund policy

 

We at First Coast Flyer value our customers and want to make sure everyone is satisfied with their purchase.  We have implemented the following policies to make sure everything runs as smoothly and as fairly as possible.

  • Unless otherwise specified, all sales are final.  No returns accepted.  Some exchanges are accepted.

  • If you have an issue or concern with your product(s) we will work with you to resolve it and in most cases we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.  Shipping costs for items which are part of an exchange are at the expense of the customer.

  • If you have an issue, concern or your product(s) never arrived please contact us at help@firstcoc.com with attached photo(s), and a description explaining the issue.  We will respond and take care of you ASAP.

  • Due to our fulfillment process, separate items ordered may ship in separate packages.

 

Flying Eyes Products

You may return undamaged, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item plus applicable tax (we do not refund the shipping cost or provide a return label). If your order received a volume-based discount and your return disqualifies you for that discount, you will be refunded the cost of the product minus the discount received. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

We're also happy to exchange your glasses if you'd like to try a different style! Please send your exchange with the case! You'll get a new case and microfiber bag/cloth along with your new pair. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

StrongBags Products

StrongBags Luggage prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, contact us for a return authorization of the unused item within 30 days of purchase, and we will provide you with a refund of your product purchase price less shipping costs. It must be in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all tags. Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and/or exchanges unless StrongBags Luggage has sent the wrong size or item. We can not accept responsibility for any items lost during shipment that are not traceable to us. Please use a traceable method of shipment. Any packages that are returned used are not eligible for a refund or exchange for any reason. 

 

NOTE:

Cooler bags are not eligible for an exchange or refund once used. This is mainly to protect the next customer, who may have food allergies.
